If you are not entirely happy with your results, we are here to help you make it right.

1. 30-Day Risk-Free Trial

You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to test your OXN Orbit. If it doesn't meet your expectations for muscle relief and recovery, you can request a return for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return under our trial:

• The item must be returned with all original packaging, charging cables, and manuals included.

• The device must be in good physical condition, without signs of excessive physical damage or abuse.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, simply follow these simple steps:

1. Email our customer support team at support@tryoxn.com.

2. Provide your Order Number (e.g., #OXN1001) and the email address used to make the purchase.

3. Our team will review your request and send you the exact return shipping address and detailed instructions on how to send your package back to us.

⚠️ Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the address listed on the shipping label without contacting us first. We cannot track or process returns that are sent back without an approved return request.

3. Shipping Costs

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your OXN Orbit arrives damaged during transit or exhibits a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at support@tryoxn.com within 7 days of delivery.

Send us a brief description along with a photo or video of the issue, and we will arrange a brand-new replacement to be shipped out to you right away at zero extra cost.

5. Refunds Processing

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, or Shopify Payments) within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your banking institution.
