Thank you for shopping at OXN. We are dedicated to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer Free Tracked Shipping on all orders across the United States.

Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days after processing.

Delivery Locations: We ship to addresses within the USA, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
📊 Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to custom clearances, peak holiday seasons, or unforeseen courier delays.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active and update within 24 to 48 hours.
You can monitor your package's journey directly through the tracking link provided in your email or by visiting our store track page.
4. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, which means there is a very small window to change or correct an address.
If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@tryoxn.com. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot change the destination address.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
OXN is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit if the courier marks the package as delivered.

Damaged Items: If your OXN Orbit arrives broken or physically damaged due to transit issues, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us within 7 days at support@tryoxn.com so we can file a claim and send you a replacement.

Stolen/Missing Packages: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address but you have not received it, please check with your local postal carrier and neighbors before reaching out to our support team.
